Billing

One invoice, or Direct Debit

Multi-site accounts get a single monthly invoice against your purchase order, on your payment terms. Smaller premises can go on Direct Debit through GoCardless instead, which removes the invoice cycle entirely.

Environmental

Going electric

We are transitioning the fleet to electric vans, and we clean with pure water rather than detergent, so nothing chemical goes into your surface drains. If your organisation reports on scope 3 emissions or scores suppliers on environmental policy, both are real lines in the answer rather than a claim.

    Fixed price per visit and per year, with RAMS and the insurance certificate attached. Everything your procurement needs in one email.

  3. Dated schedule

    Visit dates for the year, a named contact, and one monthly invoice against your PO.
