What changes the price

We would rather explain what moves a price than advertise a number that changes when we arrive. These are the things that actually make a difference:

What documentation can you provide?
Tell us at enquiry what your site, your insurer or your managing agent asks for. We confirm in writing exactly what we can supply, and have it with you before any work starts. We would rather tell you up front than promise a document we cannot produce.
Can you work outside trading hours?
Yes. Early mornings before opening, evenings after close, and weekends. Say which you need on the survey and it goes into the schedule.
How do you invoice?
Monthly, one statement covering every site on the account, against your purchase order reference and on your payment terms.
Do you cover more than windows?
Yes — gutter clearance, fascias and soffits, cladding, pressure washing and soft washing. Most commercial accounts run windows on a schedule and the rest annually.
