Domestic cleans start at £15
Fifteen pounds is our minimum for a domestic visit. Above that, the price depends on the size of the property and how many windows there are — but you are told the number before we start, and it does not move once you are on the round. No hourly rates and no "it depends" on the doorstep. If a job turns out bigger than it looked from the photos, we tell you before we touch it, not after.

How much does it cost?
Domestic cleans start at £15 a visit. Above that it depends on the size of the property,
how many windows there are and how easy they are to reach — so we give you a fixed price
rather than an hourly rate that can run away. Send a postcode and we will come back the same
working day with a number. Commercial premises are always priced after a site visit, never over the phone.
Do I need to be at home?
No. We work outside, so as long as we can reach the gate and the windows we will clean whether
you are in or out. You get a text the day before either way.
How do I pay?
Direct Debit through GoCardless. You set it up once from a link we text you, and it collects
automatically after each clean. Nothing is taken before the work is done, and it is covered by
the Direct Debit Guarantee. Commercial customers are invoiced monthly against a purchase order
instead.
Am I tied into a contract?
Not for domestic work. Cancel any time, no notice period, no cancellation fee. Commercial
agreements run to an agreed schedule so you get fixed dates and a fixed price for the year.
What happens if it rains?
We usually still clean. Pure water leaves no detergent behind, so rain on a freshly cleaned
window does not mark it — the myth comes from the old soap-and-squeegee method. If the weather
is genuinely unsafe to work in, we move you to the next available date and text you.
Why do windows look better with pure water?
Tap water carries dissolved minerals which dry as spots. We filter ours down to near-zero
minerals, so the glass dries clear on its own with nothing to leave a mark. It also means we
clean the frames and sills at the same time, and reach upper floors from the ground rather than
leaning a ladder on your brickwork.
Are you insured?
Yes — £20 million public liability. We send the certificate with every commercial
proposal, and any domestic customer can ask for a copy.
Can you supply RAMS for our site?
Yes. Risk assessments and method statements go out before the first visit as standard, not on
request. If your site needs anything site-specific, tell us at the survey and it goes in the
proposal.
How high can you reach?
Four storeys from the ground with pure-water pole systems — no scaffold, no cherry picker and
no access permit needed. Anything above that we will tell you honestly rather than take the
job.
Which areas do you cover?
All of Leeds and Bradford, out to Harrogate, Ilkley, Wetherby and Boston Spa. If you are just outside, ask anyway
— if we are already working nearby we can usually fit you in.
