What changes the price

We would rather explain what moves a price than advertise a number that changes when we arrive. These are the things that actually make a difference:

  • Area, in square metres
  • Surface type — block paving takes longer than flags because of the joints
  • How much moss and how deeply rooted it is
  • Whether the block paving needs re-sanding afterwards
  • Access to water and somewhere for the run-off to go

Questions

Before you enquire.

Will it damage the surface?
Not when the pressure and nozzle are matched to the surface. Old or soft flags, weak pointing and some resin surfaces need a gentler approach — that is a judgement made on site, and we will say so before starting rather than after.
Do you re-sand block paving?
Yes. Pressure washing lifts the jointing sand out, so kiln-dried sand goes back in as part of the job on block paving.
Do you seal driveways?
Not currently. If sealing is what you are after, we will tell you rather than take the work on.
Do you do car parks and forecourts?
Yes. Commercial pressure washing is quoted after a site visit, and can be scheduled outside trading hours.
